Ich freue mich, mit meinem Team IWF Austria eine weitere Vorstandsperiode weiterentwickeln zu dürfen. Gemeinsam wollen wir das internationale Netzwerk von weiblichen Führungspersönlichkeiten in Österreich und Europa stärken und ‚New Role Models of Female Leadership‘ präsentieren. Unterstützt werden wir dabei von einem proaktiven Beirat und engagierten Mitgliedern.
I am pleased to be able to further develop IWF Austria for another board period together with my team. We want to strengthen the international network of female leaders in Austria and Europe and present ‘New Role Models of Female Leadership’. We are supported by a proactive advisory board and committed members.

Als Medienmanagerin und persönlich ist Kommunikation, Netzwerken und vor allem das Sichtbar machen von Frauen meine Stärke. Genau das möchte ich in Zukunft bei IWF Austria noch weiter ausbauen. Unsere Mitglieder gehören in die erste Reihe, dürfen öffentlich gesehen und gehört werden. Ich freue mich auf ein konstruktives und spannendes Miteinander.
One of my strengths—both personally and professionally in my capacity as media manager—is to foster communication, networking, and, most of all, visibility among women, and this is what I plan to focus on at IWF. Our members belong in the front row and deserve a public presence and audience. I look forward to a constructive and lively exchange of ideas.

Ich freue mich Ideen in den IWF Austria einzubringen, um die Sichtbarkeit von Frauen in Österreich zu fördern. Als Führungskraft in einem IT-Konzern ist es mir wichtig den Frauenanteil in dieser Branche zu steigern und Potentiale zu heben. Den IWF Austria Mitgliedern möchte ich Raum bieten, kreative Ideen vorzubringen, damit das Netzwerk lebendig ist und laufend angepasst wird.
I am pleased to contribute ideas to IWF Austria to promote the visibility of women in Austria. As an executive in an IT company, it is important to me to increase the proportion of women in this industry and to their leverage potential. I would like to offer the IWF Austria members space to bring creative ideas forward so that the network is alive and constantly adapted.

Als Managerin in Finanz & Administration freue ich mich, mit meinem Know-how auch weiterhin IWF Austria als Kassierin zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus möchte ich gerne meine weiteren Kompetenzen und meinen neuen und frischen Blick einbringen, um mit dem Vorstandsteam die Weiterentwicklung von IWF Austria mitzugestalten.
As a controller and manager in Finance & Administration, I am looking forward to continuing to support IWF Austria as Treasurer with my know-how. In addition, I would like to contribute my other competencies and my new and fresh perspective to help shape the further development of IWF Austria together with the Executive Board team.

Diese Erfahrungen bringe ich gerne in das iwf Netzwerk ein, um für Chancengleichheit zu kämpfen und Diskriminierung keinen Platz zu geben.
I am convinced, that a successful career must be possible irrespective of gender or gender stereotypes. I have driven major corporate diversity & inclusion initiatives focusing on female empowerment. I am happy to enhance the iwf network with my experience in order to fight together for equal opportunities and to limit discrimination.
