The Mentoring Program of IWF-Austria has been launched on June 20, 2016.

The Mentoring Program is a combination of meeting the mentors throughout the year individually and special workshops related to leadership development. The Mentees will also be invited to our monthly events as well as other IWF Austria activities. We want to embrace and support them through our mentoring program 2016 to 2017.

We have provided qualified professionals and professors in specific areas which will provide workshops for the mentees which have been designed for the development and furthering of their professional careers. They will receive an IWF Austria Mentoring Program Diploma at the completion of the program in 2017.

As a relatively new chapter we are one of the first to launch a Mentoring Program at such an early stage of our establishment.
